The Hainan Yellow Lantern is a hot chilli pepper of species Capsicum Chinense from the island of Hainan in southern China, where it is commonly used to make a fermented hot sauce.

A very prolific cultivar that produces medium-sized bright yellow pods with a strong fruity aroma.
